Urgent Care Billing

Northwestern Walk-In Clinic is a member of the Urgent Care Association of America. We provide urgent, but not emergent, care. As such, our clinic bills at an Urgent Care level. There is a $75 facility fee included in our billing to help cover the extended hours and other special expenses of a facility of this nature. Patient co-pays and other out-of-pocket expenses will likely be more than if they saw their primary care provider.

Protection from Viruses

Vermonters are urged to take the following precautions to avoid spreading illnesses such as the flu: Cover your mouth and nose every time you cough or sneeze; use a tissue when possible and throw it in the trash after use; wash your hands often and well. (Wash for as long as it takes to sing the "ABC" song.); and if you're sick, stay home from work or school, for at least 7 days, even if symptoms go away.
